The panel, which also included L Kirstine Rogers of Certum Group, and Barnes & Thornburg LLP's Juanita DeLoach, PhD, JD and Mark Nelson, emphasized that, as the article states, "Litigation funders often see the attorneys they would be working with as the most important element of whether to invest in a case."   The article quotes Michelle discussing what funders look for in terms of trial damages.
